Christmas Review, part 2
The second of my crafty Christmas creations is a set of lovely kitchen towels for my Mama.True, they don't get snow very often in Houston... but they do get a lot of sun!
Just making sure they work
Did you know that if you buy sets (2-4 buttons) of matched buttons at a fabric store, it costs $1-$2 per set? I figured there had to be a better way, especially since I didn't care too much about matching. And sure enough, there are several web sites that will sell you a pound (or more) of assorted buttons for just a few bucks! (plus shipping and handling) And thus, I'm now the proud owner of a few hundred various buttons. Now to figure out more projects that could use buttons...

I’m sure someday you will want to make a “Quiet Book” for your children. They take many buttons!
